The Rakshin Project X PMIS

What We Do

The Rakshin Project × PMIS is a 12-hour workplace-readiness programme for PMIS interns.

Through structured learning, participants build practical understanding of workplace behaviour, boundaries, consent, gender sensitivity, PoSH and how to respond when something feels inappropriate or unsafe.

What Interns Learn

Interns learn how to recognise professional boundaries, communicate respectfully, understand workplace rights and responsibilities, identify inappropriate behaviour, access support mechanisms and contribute to a safer workplace culture.
